Within the ecclesiastical parish of Mount Hawke there are seven locations where memorial inscriptions may be found - the cemetery; plaques within the parish church of St John the Baptist; the war memorial; the Methodist chapel; the Men’s institute - all these are in the village of Mount Hawke (Ordnance grid reference SW715475) and, finally, Mawla Methodist Chapel which is located on the border with Treleigh parish.

The CIP survey found 633 memorials with 1361 names.
